2019, our lucky year started with the wedding of Khuyen and Tillu.
Normally when a bride seeks for a Wedding Planner, she would share a lot about the wedding she always dreams of, what she likes and what she expects. But Khuyen is different, she needs us because she was overwhelmed with the work. She shared nothing but her love journey, she decided to leave it all to us. "You have my trust." this was repeated multiple times during 1 year working together.
Khuyen does not like the idea of "wedding". That's weird! It was also the first time we knew a bride who hated wedding that much. But it could be fate that she said "yes" to be Tillu's wife - an Indian man, and it ended up that her wedding was organized "5 times" in 3 different countries, following both Vietnamese and Indian traditions. We believe that was also a fate that made her find us.
I was thinking a lot about Khuyen's story and her personality. Finally, we decided to choose "Pineapple" as the party's main theme since it is like her: tough on the outside but sweet on the inside, which made Tillu fall for her unconditionally. Khuyen and Tillu live a very sustainable life, that's why they wanted to minimize the number of materials or decors that were not environment friendly. All the straws are from a special type of grass; wooden forks, paper bags for the morning Tea break. The pineapples used at the ceremony were sent as gifts to the guests at the end of the party. And thanks to the meaningful approach we used at this wedding, we have tried to convince our clients to use grass straws for their parties since then, contributing a little change to the protection of our beloved Earth.
It's been a long story, it's now time for checking out the lovely photos of this special wedding with the theme of Tropical that we have organized for the very first time.
