It's been almost one year, but we can still recall vividly the moment Thai standing under the magnificent flower gate, amidst the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves crashing, picking Thuong up with a joyful smile, happy tears rolling down his cheeks, and a whole candid heart.
For many girls, a beach wedding ceremony is life's biggest dream. As Wedding Planner, we are likewise happy and excited about getting a beach wedding contract, especially when the wedding is outdoor and off the nicest season. Despite being anxious, we love it for the challenges and the memories that it brings. 20 days before the wedding day, Thuong contacted us. It was actually quite a last-minute request, partly because Thuong had been so busy preparing the logistics for the family; another reason is that she wanted to contact when she felt most comfortable. Even though it was rush, with her strong and absolute personality, Thuong and Thai finalized everything decisively. It helps a lot in our preparation process.
So their beach wedding happened in early July, the most unpredictable season of the year. Everyone was anxious every single day. Checking the weather forecast was definitely not enough, we asked our friends living there for the on-the-spot situation and knew that it had been raining for one night and one day. On the setup day, at 1 PM, it continued to shower in squalls. We are extremely moved to see the team wearing raincoats and working under the rainfalls to make sure all the details, even the smallest, were in place. As it did not show any sign that the situation could be better and after several discussions, Thuong & Thai let me decide whether we should arrange the ceremony indoor or outdoor. I decided to take the risk, the Wedding Ceremony would be taken place on the beach as the bride wished and the dinner party would be held inside. It was fortunate that things lived up to our expectations (and prayers too). The wedding ceremony was smoothly taken place in the happiness of the families and the loving sharings of Thuong and Thai.
This is also the most special wedding event we have ever organized as there was an attendance of a "unique guest" named Cun - the 1-year old son of Thuong and Thai. He is one of the few luckiest babies being able to attend the wedding of the parents. The moment Cun appeared, the parents and everyone broke down in happiness.
The journey has begun, we hope the family of Cun will be forever happy, together holding hands walking the road they chose to till the end.
